How I work
Every engagement starts with understanding where you are, where you want to be, and what's getting in the way. Four principles run through everything I do.

01 — Safe space, honest conversations The breakthroughs never happen in the first session. They happen once you feel safe enough to say what you actually think — about yourself, your career, and what you want. I earn that trust through consistency, not platitudes.
02 — Insightful Questions, not better answers I don't give you the answers. I ask the questions you haven't asked yourself — the ones that shift perspective, challenge assumptions, and open up possibilities you hadn't considered.

03 — Practical and outcome-driven, every session connects back to real life. Whether that's preparing for a board presentation next Tuesday, navigating a restructure, or building a three-year career plan — the work is always grounded in action.
